Very helpful and friendly. I purchased a cupola there years ago and was very pleased. Our house sold and cupola stayed. I was looking for another cupola and went back to Pine Acres. I told them what I wanted and again, they were extremely helpful in helping me decide the exact size, roof style and the siding. Very reasonable prices for custom made as compared to other, out of state suppliers.
